Why Quantbit

A Certified ERPNext Partner That Has Done This Before

We are not a general IT company that also does ERPNext. ERPNext and Frappe is all we do — and we have been doing it long enough to know what goes wrong and how to prevent it.

🏭

Industry-Specific Experience

We have implemented ERPNext in foundries, hospitals, real estate developers, D2C brands, and facility management companies. The configuration, data model, and workflows look different in every vertical — we already know how.

🌍

India & GCC Compliance Built In

GST e-invoicing, TDS/TCS, Oman VAT, UAE VAT, multi-currency — compliance requirements across our markets are handled from day one, not retrofitted later.

🔗

Pre-Built Integration Packs

50+ pre-built connectors for payments, WhatsApp, logistics, analytics, AI, and industrial IoT mean your ERPNext instance is not an island. Integration is part of the implementation, not an afterthought.

📈

Upgrade-Safe Everything

Every customisation and connector we build uses ERPNext's official app architecture and hooks — not monkey patches. Your investment survives version upgrades without a rebuild.

🤝

One Team, End to End

The consultant who scopes your project, the developer who builds it, and the support engineer who answers your calls are all on the same team. No handoffs, no finger-pointing.

⏱️

Fast, Predictable Delivery

Our implementation methodology, pre-built templates, and connector packs cut delivery timelines significantly compared to bespoke builds. Most standard implementations go live within 6 to 10 weeks.

Our Process

How Every Engagement Works

Whether you are implementing ERPNext for the first time or extending an existing system, every project follows the same structured approach — so you always know where things stand.

1

Discovery & Scoping

We spend time understanding your business before writing a single line of configuration. We map your processes, identify gaps between standard ERPNext and your requirements, and produce a clear scope document — so there are no surprises at go-live.

2

Build, Configure & Test

Our team configures ERPNext to your chart of accounts, workflows, print formats, and integrations — and runs it against your real data until it behaves exactly as agreed. We do not go live until you have signed off on every critical flow.

3

Go Live & Stay Supported

Go-live is not the end of the engagement. We are there for the first few weeks to catch edge cases, train your team on what changed, and make adjustments as real usage reveals what testing missed. Long-term support and managed services keep the system healthy.

FAQs

Questions We Hear Before Every Project

How long does a typical ERPNext implementation take?
A standard single-company ERPNext implementation — covering finance, inventory, purchasing, and sales — typically takes 6 to 10 weeks from kick-off to go-live. Manufacturing modules with production planning, quality control, and shop floor integration typically take 10 to 16 weeks. The timeline depends primarily on the complexity of your existing processes and how quickly your team can participate in configuration reviews and user acceptance testing.
Can you migrate our data from Tally or SAP Business One?
Yes. We have run migrations from Tally Prime, Tally ERP 9, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, and several industry-specific legacy systems. The migration covers opening balances, customer and vendor masters, item masters, and historical transactions up to a cut-off date agreed during the scoping phase. All migrated data is validated against your source system before go-live.
Will customisations break when ERPNext upgrades?
Not if they are built the right way. Quantbit builds every customisation as a separate Frappe custom app using ERPNext's official hooks, override patterns, and custom doctype architecture. This means customisations live outside the core ERPNext codebase and survive version upgrades cleanly. When a major ERPNext release does change an underlying API that affects a custom app, we test and update the app as part of the upgrade engagement.
Do you support businesses outside India?
Yes. Quantbit has a physical office in Muscat and has delivered ERPNext implementations for businesses in Oman, UAE, and Kenya. Our implementation teams are experienced with Oman VAT, UAE VAT, and multi-currency setups. Support is available across both Indian Standard Time and Gulf Standard Time. For Kenya, we have experience with KRA-compliant invoice formats and multi-currency trading setups.
What does ERPNext managed services include?
Our managed services plan covers server monitoring and uptime management, daily automated backups with tested restore procedures, ERPNext version patching and security updates, performance tuning as data volumes grow, and a dedicated support channel for your team's day-to-day questions. It is designed for businesses that want ERPNext to run reliably without having to hire an in-house ERPNext administrator.
Can we start with one module and expand later?
Absolutely — and this is often the right approach for businesses that want to move quickly without overwhelming their team. Many of our clients start with Finance and Inventory, then add HR and Payroll in phase two, and integrate payment gateways or production planning in phase three. ERPNext's modular architecture makes phased rollouts natural, and our scoping process always maps out the full long-term picture so that phase-one decisions do not create obstacles for later phases.
